I Answer My Blog’s Silly Search Results (Inspired by PaperFury)

This post is 100% inspired by Cait @ Paper Fury. She did one exactly like this and I couldn’t stop laughing! I had to do this myself! It’s also a nice break from some of the more serious content or the bookish lists I often do! Let’s mix this up & get a little silly  😉

Here we go:

character analysis of the book the witch hunter by virginia boecker

I’m honored that you think I do such in-depth analysis of books & characters! In case you’re wondering, ya’ll, I don’t. Maybe one day? For now, I just talk about the dragons, the sword fights and the teen angst.

molly’s predictions

What kind of predictions?

  • The Browns will win the Superbowl in never.
  • The aliens will come in 2018.
  • Dogs will rule the Earth in 2020 because the aliens thought they were the higher intelligence & inhabited their bodies.
  • The dogs became aware of how annoying us humans can be
  • The human race will be extinct because after the aliens left, the dogs decided to eat us in revenge for all the sweaters we put them in and embarrassing photos we took. #paybackbitch
  • All the cats are enslaved and servants to the dogs.
  • The world will live harmoniously from then on because dogs are awesome.

I don’t think you want my dark predictions.

shanara colonicals

Did you know ‘colonicals’ is almost a word? It’s not recognized by Merriam-Webster, but it can mean husbandman, which means a farmer. I don’t know how other sites got to that, but let’s go with it. Or maybe they meant colons?

So this person didn’t make a typo, they wanted to know about the farmers of Shannara! Or the colon health of Shannara citizens.

is deadpool gory

Comic book or movie or video game? Because yes. Yes, it is.

i wnt see blog of sm ppl

Small people?
Some people?
Such masculine people?
Such merry people?
Sexy marching people?

THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS, but you probably won’t find them here. Sorry.

what can an author make on a book like scarlett epstein doesn’t live here anymore

That’s a good question. I don’t know how much authors make. I also didn’t like that book, so bah humbug.

i enjoyed a lot thankyou for another fun expererience so many frebbies

WHY THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’M SO GLAD YOU HAD FUN ON MY BLOG. Now, I don’t know what frebbies you are talking about, unless you mean freebies, in which I still don’t know what you’re referring to, unless you mean my awesome content, because that’s free? THEN COOL THANKS <3

why is the fundamentals of caring rated ma

That’s a good question! It’s rated MA because the characters have some foul fuckin’ mouths.  😎

how to get over a fucking book slump

Potty mouth! I’m sorry your slump has you so frustrated! BUT THE FUNNY THING IS I’m going to be talking about book slumps very soon. Please come back & try again 🙂

romantic scraps of movies

wallpaper superman 3d untuk hp

I…I…I don’t even know how to translate this. Do you want a 3D wallpaper for your phone of Superman with his suit untucked & Harry Potter in there somewhere?

I’m so confused.

is kate seigaldeaf?

At first, this was funny, because I didn’t know who you were talking about & why you’d search that on my blog. However, once I looked up who she was, it’s the actress from HUSH (a movie I reviewed a while ago) in which she plays a deaf girl. So I can now say that no, she is not deaf in real life. If you haven’t watched this movie, please do!

I don’t have as many silly ones to share – ya’ll are actually pretty good at searching things you can find on my blog. Darn it. Even the questions you can’t find on my blog are just pretty good questions! Darn it x2. Either way, there were a few gems in there 😆

Thanks, Cait, for the idea! PS; this should become a thing. So, if you do this as well, let me know! I want to see 🙂

WALLPAPER SUPERMAN 3D UNTUK HP – was my favourite XD

    • Reply Molly 01/13/2017 at 6:09 am

I guess it means they were looking for a phone wallpaper of superman in Indonesian >.< Another commenter shared that with me. OOPS. haha

  • Reply Reg @ She Latitude 01/12/2017 at 4:24 pm

I laughed out loud at “WALLPAPER SUPERMAN 3D UNTUK HP” because that’s actually in Indonesian (which I speak) and it means “Superman 3D Wallpaper for Hand Phones”. HP stands for Hand Phone, so basically your cellphone. 😛

Love this! My blog also gets referrals from really weird search results sometimes and I’m like ??? have no idea how you got here but OK.

    • Reply Molly 01/13/2017 at 6:06 am

HAHA OMG. I feel bad now, I didn’t want to insult the language or anything. I just saw that and was like WHAT? >.< Still don't know how that brought them to my blog, though. lol

      • Reply Reg @ She Latitude 01/15/2017 at 4:13 pm

No need to feel bad! I don’t think you insulted it or anything, haha. And yeah, it’s curious how these search terms ended up on our blogs…

        • Reply Molly 01/21/2017 at 7:29 am

          eep, that’s good <3

  • Reply Kristen Burns 01/12/2017 at 6:29 pm

How does everyone else get to see all the things people are searching? My stats show that I get lots of views via search, but it almost always says “unknown search term” or whatever :-/

But lol to the colon health of Shannara citizens. And that one person was *really* angry at book slumps, haha. Not so fond of your predictions though… 😛

    • Reply Molly 01/13/2017 at 6:05 am

Do you use wordpress? In the wordpress admin, I clicked stats, scrolled down to “Search Engine Terms”, clicked “summaries” then chose “all time”. That showed me all the search terms since I started my blog. Let me know if that helps!

hahaha I know it was just a misspelling but I thought it was funny >.< Also, right? So angry. I wish I could have helped but I've literally never talked about book hangovers?!?!?!

      • Reply Kristen Burns 01/19/2017 at 12:40 am

I do use the WP stats. But does yours actually show you most of the search terms? Like, I just looked, and the search terms is shows only accounts for 12% of all the people who have found my blog via search. So WP doesn’t have info for the other 88% of search terms. Idk if that’s normal or just me. I thought maybe you were using Google Analytics or something, but I couldn’t get that to work for my site.

        • Reply Molly 01/21/2017 at 7:43 am

hmm… it doesn’t give me what percentage they’re showing me? It just gives me the option to view ones within the last 7 days, 30 days, quarter, year, and all time. I don’t know how many they’re showing me? I get a lot, though? haha

  • Reply Geraldine @ Corralling Books 01/13/2017 at 4:43 am

Ooh, how did you find out how people were coming across your blog?
There are lots of…interesting…searches that people access your blog through, though!

    • Reply Molly 01/13/2017 at 6:03 am

It’s in my wordpress admin but you have blogger right? IDK how to find that >.<

  • Reply Molly 01/13/2017 at 6:05 am

IT WAS SO GOOD RIGHT? Like, I didn’t think it would be all that great but it was!

  • Reply Mahriya 01/13/2017 at 8:14 am

I laughed at nearly all of these! I loved Cait’s too. I hardly get any funny ones or even a search term at all. I’ve only ever got ‘Cursed Child’ or UNKNOWN SEARCH TERMS. Which is sad.
And yes, this should become a ‘thing’. What about The Hilarious Search Term Tag?

    • Reply Molly 01/21/2017 at 7:26 am

Cait’s was so good hahah It’s entertaining to see what people search & end up on my blog for >.< haha

This is HILARIOUS. I love this. I’ve only gotten one weird search topic. The rest all make sense to me, actually. And it gives me hope that people are looking at blog for all the right reasons! Perhaps in a few years I’ll have a chance to make a post as amazing as this one. 🙂

    • Reply Molly 01/21/2017 at 7:26 am

Most of them made sense to me as well. That’s where there aren’t many on this list & some of them are even sort of normal lol

  • Reply Lauren @ Wonderless Reviews 01/20/2017 at 8:10 pm

I’M DYING! This is incredible. I laughed out loud at “how to get over a fucking book slump“. Whoever searched that sounds like someone I could be friends with ?

    • Reply Molly 01/21/2017 at 7:20 am

hahahah that one got me too. I felt so bad, though. They clearly needed a helpful post & I didn’t have anything!

      • Reply Lauren @ Wonderless Reviews 01/21/2017 at 8:47 pm

Well, they found your blog which has TONS of super helpful posts so I’m sure they managed to find something useful 😀
