Who Am I According to Pros (tag)

And by pros I mean totally legit online quizzes 😉 (but there are some legit ones, really). I was tagged by Cassidy at Quartz Feather a while back to do the Who Am I Tag. I’m about 4 months late, but here I am! This one sounds like a lot of fun because QUIZZES. So, who am I (according to “professionals”)?

1. What is the meaning of your name?

Several things:

  1. a small, live-bearing freshwater fish that is popular in aquariums
  2. bitter
  3. pure form of MDMA
  4. a popular dog name

Fun story: When I was younger, my neighbors had a dog named Molly. Whenever they yelled for her in their backyard, I thought someone was yelling for me. Also, if I had a dollar for every time someone has made the drug joke with me………

2. What is your Myers-Briggs personality type? (Link)

I took the quiz and got LOGISTICIAN – ISTJ-T. Let’s see what the heck that means. Here are some bullet points from the description:

People who are Logisticians: Denzel Washington, Natalie Portman, Hermione Granger, Geralt of Rivia, Thorin Oakenshielf, Stannis Baratheon. Geralt, Thorin, and Stannis – I don’t know how I should feel about this.

  • 98% introverted. Yep, that seems about right.
  • 74% observant. Okay, so far so good.
  • Fact-based mind. Yeah, I would agree with that too.
  • Blunt approach to situations that can be seen as cold or robotic. LOL yes.
  • Struggle to express emotion or affection outwardly, suggesting they don’t feel or…have no personality.
  • Find it difficult to accept they were wrong about something. Again, LOL yes.
  • Often hurt more sensitive types’ feelings. Probably.
  • Reluctant to bend rules or try new things. MORE YES.
  • Comfortable with traditional household & gender roles. Absolutely. My husband and I have a very traditional household. I support anyone’s decision but I have nothing against traditional roles. I prefer it for my relationship and am very happy in my traditional wife role.
  • Not naturally receptive to others’ emotions, unless they are stated clearly. I don’t agree with this one 100%. It depends on who it is because I know certain cues. My husband? I know his emotions because of body language. Someone I don’t know well enough, probably not.
  • Slow to make friends, usually end up with a smaller circle. Yes, I’d agree. I don’t really have even a group of friends. I’m not good at that sort of thing.
  • Expressing emotional affection isn’t one of the stronger skills. Unless it’s my husband, I’m an incredibly awkward person. Even when a friend just hugs me, I feel uncomfortable.

Basically what I gathered is that I’m a cold-hearted bitch with no friends. Hmm…

3. What is your zodiac sign?

Virgo.
Strengths: Analytical, practical
Weaknesses: Shyness, worry, overly critical
Likes: Animals, books, nature, cleanliness
Dislikes: Asking for help, taking center stage, rudeness

That’s a summary. For the most part, Virgo fits me pretty well.

4. What Hogwarts house would you be in? (Link)

The first time I took the Pottermore quiz it said Hufflepuff, the second time it said Gryffindor. The quiz linked says I’m Gryffindor. So, I guess that one? Those of you who know more about the houses, tell me, does this match the results of all the other quizzes I took for this tag?

5. What are your learning styles? (Link)

I took the quiz and this is what I got:

  • Visual – 9
  • Aural – 5
  • Read/Write – 15
  • Kinesthetic – 10

I’d agree with that. It just depends on what I’m trying to learn. I’m trying to teach myself piano and watching YouTube videos is easier than anything else. Yet, at the same time, teaching myself the notes & how to read the sheet music is helping as well. It’s a combo.

6. Are you more of a left-brain or a right-brain person? (Link)

I took it twice just to make sure. Apparently, I use my brain almost equally?! (A 20% difference is equal to this quiz) But I agree that the left brain should be at least a bit more.

7. What is your blood type?

No clue. Seriously.

8. What career are you meant to be in? (Link)

BOOM. I got WRITER. While that isn’t necessarily my dream job, it is definitely a dream of mine to finish at least one novel in my lifetime – whether it gets published or not. Either way, though, I still consider myself a writer. I blog and have several WIPS.

9. What Divergent faction do you belong in? (link)

Ok, considering how these quizzes have gone so are, are you really surprised? I belong in Erudite. I mean, come on, I don’t think I even had to take the quiz.

10. What does your birth order say about you? (Link)

I’m the “baby” but there are also only two children in my family. It says I’m a free spirit, risk taker, and charming. Also, less rules-oriented. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. no. But then it says sometimes they can become very responsible, like the oldest, so that’s right?

First off, I tag anyone who wants to do this! It was actually pretty fun to take the quizzes and see how accurate they were to who I actually think I am. So, I recommend taking a few just for fun at least!

Can you relate to any of these? (without taking the quiz) Or if you have taken the quizzes, how accurate was it to who you think you are?

Haha, cold-hearted bitch. ? I don’t think you are! I think I’ll probably get Erudite and Writer as well even though I haven’t done the quizzes yet; I’ll be surprised if I don’t. I forget what my type was for the Myers-Briggs test; I took it so long ago! ? I do know I’m a Ravenclaw and Sagittarius, though!

Cool! I’m a fellow Hufflepuff and ISTJ 🙂

Maybe that’s why we get along so well 🙂

Oh this is fun!!! I might have to do this tag. I always get Gryffndor when I take those quizzes for the houses.

Let me know if you do it! This one was fun 🙂

This looks like such a fun tag! I think I’m definitely going to have to do it at some point. I’m never sure what I’d get for these sort of things because I’m always so indecisive. I actually think I’ve ended up in every Hogwarts house at one point! So who knows what I’ll be now.

haha I’ve been placed in Hufflepuff and Gryffindor so I DON’T KNOW WHO I AM. lol

  • Reply Ali (@ thebandarblog) 02/21/2017 at 12:24 pm

Hahaha, everything fits except I suppose you probably should have been a Ravenclaw based on all your other results. We ALMOST have the same Myers-Briggs type – I’m ISFJ. So you’re more of a “thinker” where I’m more of a “feeler.” (Whatever that means) XD

    • Reply Molly 02/24/2017 at 7:00 pm

That’s funny. I feel (haha) that sometimes I’m more of a feeler. Maybe it depends on the situation and the person the situation is with? Meh, I don’t know. Is Ravenclaw more of the thinker house?

When I first took the Pottermore quiz, I was sorted into Gryffindor, the second time Hufflepuff. 🙂

    • Reply Molly 02/24/2017 at 6:56 pm

It was the other way around for me! hahah IDK, it’s so confusing >.<

Whoa you got some amazing names that fit your personality type, I mean, Thorin and Hermione?? Also I think you should just go with Hufflepuffs instead of Gryffindor, our common room is near the kitchen so we’ll have plenty of food available! 😀 I also got writer, I see most people who do this quiz get that answer too. I think it’s in our blood as book blogger… 😀

    • Reply Molly 02/24/2017 at 6:56 pm

haha I questioned being in association with Thorin, but I guess he’s better at the end. And my name DOES mean bitter, so I guess it works out lol

ALSO, that sounds perfect. The closer to the kitchen I am, the better life is.

I did this tage a few weeks back and it was so much fun! 😀 I love how you format your answers they’re so neat ahaha & umm my friend has this cat named Molly 😛 I’m not surprised to see most bloggers got writer as their meant-to-be career though, I think it’s natural, though I didn’t get writer haha I got therapist instead which is fitting because I’m going to be a psychologist. Anyway, how come adults don’t know their blood types???Hahaha don’t you have to put it in your ID or something? My ID and driving license both state my blood type in case things happen ? ?

    • Reply Molly 02/24/2017 at 6:55 pm

      hahah thanks!

Ok, yeah, Molly is definitely a pet name. There was even a dog down the street named Molly AT THE SAME TIME as the one who lived next to me. UGH. hahah

Blood types aren’t on our IDs, no. I mean, it might be in a file somewhere from when I was a baby, but I haven’t figured it out since being an adult. I barely get my blood drawn lol

  • Reply Cassidy @ Quartzfeather 02/26/2017 at 10:46 am

I didn’t know that about the name Molly, haha the more you know…. The linked quiz gave me Gryffindor as well, which was awfully weird, I’m never sorted into that house. Also every single person I’ve seen do this tag so far has gotten Writer, lol, must be a book blogger thing.

    • Reply Molly 03/03/2017 at 1:00 pm

Right? hahah My name is “fun”????? IDK. & Yeah, I think we all get writer for some obvious reasons hahaha
